The Management Board of Sadales tīkls AS consists of five board members. The Supervisory Board of the Company appoints the Chairman of the Management Board from among the members of the Management Board. The Management Board organises its activities in accordance with the approved procedures. The Company is represented jointly by two members of the Management Board. Authorisation contracts with members of the Management Board of the Company are signed by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

The Supervisory Board consists of four members. The Supervisory Board organises its activities in accordance with the approved procedures. The Supervisory Board acts by a simple majority of the members present. In the event of a tie, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board has the casting vote. The Supervisory Board approves the budget of Sadales tīkls and performs other tasks determined by law.
